このロゴをクリックすると、投稿記事に対してつぶやけるようにします。

とりあえず、aerosoldテーマに設置してみます。
まず、ロゴ画像を/wordpress/wp-content/themes/aerosold/imagesにアップロードします。
次に以下のコードをindex.php等の表示したい個所にそれぞれ埋め込むだけです。
